According to Foresight News, L1 network Injective has announced a collaboration with its ecosystem AMM DEX DojoSwap to launch the CW20-Reflection token standard. The open-source standard will be available to all Injective and Cosmos ecosystem developers. The CW20-Reflection token standard allows for the creation of new types of tokens, such as those with customizable parameters for sharing protocol fees with users.
Other features of the token standard include customizable tax parameters, enabling the creation of any type of tax token. The standard is designed to be compatible with the CW20 standard, making it usable on AMM DEX. Taxes apply to transfers but can whitelist addresses to avoid being taxed. CW20-Reflection tokens can also be converted to a Bank version, effectively canceling the transfer tax and allowing the token to be used on order book DEX, such as Helix, and even centralized exchanges (CEX).
